Practice Experience
Mr. Zhang specializes in merger and acquisition, private equity financing, maritime litigation, and antitrust matters. Mr. Zhang joined Hui Zhong in March 2014. Before this, Mr. Zhang practiced with Jun He Law Offices, represented multinational corporations, investment funds and other organizations in China-related cross-border mergers and acquisitions, early-stage or pre-IPO private equity financing and restructuring projects. He has also served as counsel in domestic or overseas IPO. Before practicing as a lawyer, Mr. Zhang was a maritime judge at Dalian Maritime Court, an in-house counsel with China Merchants Group.
Mr. Zhang is an arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission.
