Hui Zhong Team Contributed China Chapter to ICLG: Investor-State Arbitration 2022

On 10 November 2021, the International Comparative Legal Guide - Investor-State Arbitration 2022 was published. The entire publication is now live on ICLG.com. As co-authors, Mr. Ning Fei, Mr. Shengchang Wang, Ms. Xueyu Yang and Ms. Mariana Zhong from Hui Zhong Law Firm contributed a China chapter to the ICLG’s Investor-State Arbitration 2022.

CICC Published Two Orders Consistently Upholding Party Autonomy

Hui Zhong represented client in the dispute with a popular Chinese restaurant chain and its founder in CIETAC arbitration proceedings and the subsequent set-aside proceedings before China’s International Commercial Court (the “CICC”)[i]. In both proceedings Hui Zhong helped the client achieved a successful result.
