资深仲裁人士加入汇仲
汇仲律师事务所今日宣布：蒋弘女士，一位在国际商事仲裁和海事仲裁界的资深仲裁专家，以合伙人身份加入本争议解决精品所。蒋女士在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（贸仲）和中国海事仲裁委员会（海仲）工作长达20年，担任了超过200个案件的首席仲裁员或独任仲裁员，其中涉及包括国际贸易、金融、房地产、建筑工程、投资和海事海商等广泛的产业领域。蒋女士曾参与贸仲和海仲的仲裁规则的制定和修改，她在处理现代仲裁业务中涉及复杂和新颖问题的案件方面尤其富有经验。

蒋女士是英国皇家特许仲裁员协会的会员、中国仲裁法学研究会常务理事以及包括中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、中国海事仲裁委员会和中国若干地方仲裁委员会的仲裁员。
蒋女士毕业于大连海事大学，1999年获得中国律师资格。
Arbitration Veteran Joins Hui Zhong Law Firm
Hui Zhong Law Firm today announced that Ms. Jiang Hong, a veteran in international commercial arbitration as well as international maritime arbitration, has joined the dispute resolution boutique as a partner. Ms. Jiang spent 20 years with China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), where she served as presiding arbitrator or sole arbitrator in more than 200 cases arising from a wide range of industries, including international trade, finance, real estate, construction, investment and maritime. Given her participation in drafting and amending the rules of CIETAC and CMAC, Ms. Jiang is particularly experienced in deciding cases in which complicated and novel issues in modern arbitration practice are involved.

Ms. Jiang is a member of the UK-based Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), member of the governing board of China Academy of Arbitration Law as well as arbitrator of a number of arbitration institutions including CIETAC, CMAC and several local arbitration commissions throughout China.
Ms. Jiang received her Bachelor of Law from Dalian Maritime University. In 1999, she became qualified to practice in the People’s Republic of China.
