Issuing Opinions | Expert Witnesses

In both litigation and arbitration, it is standard practice for counsel to provide legal opinions on specific legal issues or foreign law facts to courts or arbitration tribunals by issuing legal opinion letters or appearing in court as expert witnesses. Hui Zhong provides expert opinions in the following principal forms: drafting legal opinions, acting as party-appointed or tribunal-appointed expert witnesses, and convening expert round-tables on issuing opinions for specific cases or general issues.

Hui Zhong lawyers are often hired to provide legal opinions as legal expert witnesses in litigation or arbitration cases. Since 2020, our members have acted as expert witnesses in more than five international arbitration cases each year.
