Corporate Disputes
Field Introduction

The Corporate Law Practice Group of Hui Zhong boasts distinguished practitioners including the Secretary-General of the Civil Law Committee and a member of the Corporate Law Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association (ACLA). These attorneys have contributed to drafting judicial interpretations for the Supreme People's Court (SPC) and Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP), combining cutting-edge research with extensive representation experience in corporate disputes. The team has successfully handled dozens of complex second-instance and retrial cases before the SPC. The team maintains rigorous academic output, including the seminal work “Principles, Logic and Practice: Sixteen Lectures on New Company Law Litigation”, the “Equity Investment Exit Disputes Research” series, and “Studies on Share Transfers Involving Major Corporate Assets like Land Use Rights and Mining Rights”. Pioneering China's first “Civil Prosecutorial Supervision Practice” research series, the team gained widespread recognition and completed the SPC's (Supreme People's Court) 2021 key research project “Legal Issues in Criminal-Civil Cross-Proceeding Cases”.
The group represents government agencies, head offices of state-owned banks, large central state-owned enterprises (SOEs), financial institutions and private enterprises, having recovered aggregate client losses exceeding hundreds of billions of Chinese Yuan.
