香港国际仲裁中心前副秘书长加入汇仲

 

 

汇仲律师事务所欣然宣布: 香港国际仲裁中心前任副秘书长、上海代表处首席代表刘京先生作为高级顾问加入汇仲律师事务所（汇仲），并于2017年4月10日到任汇仲上海办公室。

 

刘京先生是继最高人民法院前任法官邱明先生、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会上海分会原副秘书长和中国海事仲裁委员会上海分会前任秘书长蒋弘女士之后，一年内第三位加入汇仲的业界资深人士。

 

刘京先生在任职香港国际仲裁中心的九年里，致力推广香港国际仲裁中心在内地的发展及促进内地和境外仲裁实践的融合，贡献良多。在此之前，刘京先生曾在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会工作，并曾在一流的中国律师事务所和国际律师事务所从业多年。

HKIAC Deputy Secretary General Joins Hui Zhong

 

Hui Zhong Law Firm (Hui Zhong) is pleased to announce that Mr. LIU Jing, the former Deputy Secretary-General and Chief Representative of the Shagnghai Office of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), is joining Hui Zhong as a senior counsel. Mr. Liu is based in Hui Zhong's Shanghai office and will assume his position on 10 April 2017.

 

Following Mr QIU Ming, a former judge of the Supreme People's Court, and Mrs. JIANG Hong, the fomer Deputy Secretary-General of CIETAC Shanghai Sub-commission and former Secretary-General of China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), who have also recently joined Hui Zhong, Mr. Liu is the third experienced practitioner joining Hui Zhong within the past one year.

 

During his nine years with HKIAC, Mr. Liu made significant contributions to HKIAC's development in Mainland China, and the  promotion of fusion between Chinese and overseas arbitration practices.  Previously Mr. Liu had worked for CIETAC, praticed law with a top Chinese law firm, and a leading international law firm for several years.
