汇仲律师事务所(“汇仲”）诚挚欢迎争议解决和金融法律专家马小虎律师加盟汇仲，担任资深合伙人。自2019年7月起，马小虎律师在汇仲北京办公室履新。
马小虎律师毕业于北京大学，1984年获法学学士学位，1987年获法学硕士学位。在加入汇仲之前，马律师是美国美富律师事务所的合伙人，在美富香港办事处工作时间长达25年（1994年6月- 2019年6月）。马律师还曾在司法部中国法律事务中心和司法部驻港“窗口公司”中国法律服务（香港）有限公司工作过7年（1987年7月- 1994年5月）。
马律师从事的业务范围广泛，包括商务纠纷解决和国际仲裁等诉讼事宜，及涉华证券发售、风险投资、私募投资、合并收购、对内及对外涉华投资、房地产开发和融资等非诉事宜，尤其善于跨境交易的争议解决，深刻理解各类交易的实质性特征和核心点。
马律师被2017年版《商法》杂志评选为“中国百名法律精英”之一。他还被《亚太法律500强》列为公司/并购业务和债务资本市场业务的推荐律师。《钱伯斯亚洲法律指南》在评价马律师时指出：“在协调各方对交易的不同意见以促成交易的达成及帮助客户获得监管机构的批准方面，马小虎是当之无愧的‘指路明灯’。”
马律师于1988年在中国获得律师资格，并于1989年被中国司法部授予高级律师职称。1993年6月，他被中国司法部和中国证券监督管理委员会授予从事中国证券法律咨询业务的律师资格，成为第一批拥有该等资格的律师之一。
马律师经常就中国涉外法律发表演讲，并发表有关中国涉外法律的文章。他的工作语言为中文（母语）和英文（流利）。马律师现为中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会(CIETAC)仲裁员。

Mr. Ma Xiaohu joins Hui Zhong Law Firm
Hui Zhong Law Firm ("Hui Zhong") cordially welcomes the dispute resolution and financial law expert Mr. Ma Xiaohu in joining Hui Zhong as a senior partner. Since July 2019, Mr. Ma has been working in the Beijing office of Hui Zhong.
Mr. Ma graduated from Peking University with a bachelor's degree in law in 1984 and a master's degree in law in 1987. Prior to joining Hui Zhong, Mr. Ma was a partner at the US-based law firm Morrison & Foerster LLP and worked for 25 years at the MoFo Hong Kong office (June 1994 - June 2019). Mr. Ma had also worked at the China Legal Affairs Center of the Ministry of Justice and the China Legal Service (H.K.) LTD., the “window company” of the Ministry of Justice in Hong Kong, for seven years (July 1987-May 1994).
Mr. Ma's practice covers a broad range of legal areas, including commercial dispute resolution, international arbitration and other related litigious matters. He also advises on China-related securities offerings, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, in-bound and out-bound China-related investments, real estate development, financing and other transactional issues. He is especially skilled in dispute resolution involving cross-border deals and has a deep understanding of the substantive characteristics and core issues of different kinds of transactions.
Mr. Ma has been ranked by China Business Law Journal (2017) as one of “China's top 100 lawyers”. He has also been recommended by Legal 500 Asia Pacific for his debt capital markets practice and corporate and M&A practice. Chambers Asia Pacific has described him as “a ‘lightning rod’ for clients in his ability to help reconcile opposing viewpoints in order to get deals done and regulatory approvals passed.”
Mr. Ma was designated a Senior Lawyer by the Ministry of Justice in 1989. In June 1993, he was amongst the first group of lawyers designated by the PRC Ministry of Justice and the China Securities Regulatory Commission as qualified to advise on PRC securities law.
Mr. Ma is a frequent lecturer and writer on developments in Chinese law affecting foreign investors. He is fluent in English and Mandarin (Native). Mr. Ma sits as arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
