宋律师1983年毕业于大连海事大学，获工学学士学位，1993-1994年在英国英国南安普顿大学学习，获法学硕士学位。在加入汇仲之前，宋律师曾是广东敬海（北京）律师事务所合伙人 (2011-2019)、通商律师事务所合伙人 (2001-2011)和广东海利律师事务所顾问（1997-2001）。宋律师还在中国国际贸易促进委员会工作过十四年 (1983-1997)。 

 

宋律师擅长海事海商、商事诉讼及仲裁方面的法律实务，现为中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）、中国海事仲裁委员会（CMAC）仲裁员。此外，宋律师还是伦敦海事仲裁员协会（LMAA）的会员。

 

宋律师目前担任中国海商法协会副会长，中华全国律师协会海事海商专业委员会委员以及国际海事委员会荣誉会员。宋律师曾在2011年至2016年担任国际海事委员会执委，在2017年至2019年担任亚太律师协会海事委员会的主席。

 

宋律师曾先后在包括最高人民法院在内的中国各级法院以及国内外各大仲裁机构进行的一百多起海事商事诉讼及仲裁案件中为中外客户提供法律服务。宋律师亦曾作为仲裁员或中国法专家证人参与过在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、中国海事仲裁委员会、新加坡国际仲裁中心、瑞典斯德哥尔摩仲裁院，伦敦海事仲裁员协会和伦敦国际仲裁院审理的仲裁案件。

 

宋律师多次荣登钱伯斯等评级机构的海商法律师排行榜前列，并屡屡获得好评。

 

宋律师1998年获得中华人民共和国律师执业资格。他的工作语言为中文（母语）和英语。

Mr. Song Dihuang joins Hui Zhong Law Firm

 

Hui Zhong Law Firm ("Hui Zhong") sincerely welcomes the dispute resolution and maritime lawyer Mr. Song Dihuang to join Hui Zhong as a senior partner. Since second half of 2019, Mr. Song has been working in the Beijing office of Hui Zhong.

 

Mr. Song graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1993-1994, Mr. Song studied at University of Southampton, obtaining the Master of Law degree. Prior to joining Hui Zhong, Mr. Song had been a partner of Wang Jing & Co., Beijing (2011-2019), Commerce & Finance Law Offices (2001-2011) and was a consultant of Henry & Co. Law Firm (1997-2001), respectively. Mr. Song had also worked for 14 years at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (1983-1997).

 

Mr. Song specializes in maritime and commercial arbitration and litigation. He sits as arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee (CIETAC), arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Committee (CMAC). Mr. Song is also a supporting member of London Maritime Arbitrators Association.

 

Mr. Song is currently the Vice-chairman of CMAC, Member of Maritime Law Committee of All China Lawyers Association and the Honorary Member of Comite Maritime International. Mr. Song used to be the Executive Member of Comite Maritime International from 2011 to 2016 and Chairman of the Maritime Law Committee of Inter-Pacific Bar Association in 2017-2019.

 

Mr. Song has represented both Chinese and foreign clients in over a hundred maritime and commercial arbitration and litigation cases before PRC courts at various levels including the Supreme People’s Court as well as domestic and overseas arbitral tribunals. He has also participated as arbitrator or expert witness in arbitral proceedings administered by CIETAC, CMAC, SIAC, SCC, LMAA and LCIA.

 

Mr. Song is top ranked as PRC shipping lawyer by Chambers and Partners etc. for many years and is frequently highly appraised.

 

Mr. Song was admitted to the China Bar in 1998. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (native) and English.
