汇仲律师撰写ICLG《投资者-国家仲裁2022年版》中国篇
2021年11月10日，英国环球法律集团（Global Legal Group）编辑的《国际比较法律指南：投资者-国家仲裁2022年版》正式出版。读者可在ICLG.com 网站上阅读该指南。汇仲律师事务所仲裁团队的费宁律师、王生长顾问、杨雪瑜律师和钟莉律师作为共同撰稿人撰写了其中的中国篇。

《投资者-国家仲裁2022年版》中国篇以专题问答的方式对中国投资仲裁的法律和实践进行了解答，涵盖了条约、法律框架、案件大势、仲裁资助、仲裁庭、国内法院、承认和执行等。

ICLG: Investor-State Arbitration 2022
On 10 November 2021, the International Comparative Legal Guide - Investor-State Arbitration 2022 was published. The entire publication is now live on ICLG.com. As co-authors, Mr. Ning Fei, Mr. Shengchang Wang, Ms. Xueyu Yang and Ms. Mariana Zhong from Hui Zhong Law Firm contributed a China chapter to the ICLG’s Investor-State Arbitration 2022.
