Before SIAC, she helped shape Singapore's legal sector and dispute resolution landscape as Director of the Legal Industry Division at the Ministry of Law. Gloria also heads the Singapore delegation involved in the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group II (Dispute Settlement) discussions, bringing valuable experience in legal policy, ADR and community mediation.

此外，鄧律师也曾担任新加坡国际调解中心(SIMC)主任，领导秘书处案件管理与营运工作，并参与推动国际调解政策的制定。她对ICC和SIAC规则下的仲裁程序非常熟悉，特别是在快速程序与紧急仲裁员机制方面具备丰富经验。客户赞赏她在复杂纠纷中提供清晰、可行的商业法律建议。
