近日，汤森路透旗下知名权威法律媒体《亚洲法律杂志》（Asian Legal Business, 简称“ALB”）公布了“2026 ALB 中国争议解决业务排名”榜单。这是ALB中国连续第三年推出争议解决业务排名，关注该业务市场领先的律师事务所。2026年排名依旧分为“诉讼”“仲裁”两个部分，分别包括不同等级，其中第一级别代表了中国市场实力最强的争议解决律所。今年的榜单不仅记录着规模与排名的变化，也呈现出从服务模式到律师角色，从本土诉讼到跨境仲裁，从经验驱动到数智赋能的全面演进。

汇仲律师事务所“仲裁”和“诉讼”两项业务均获高度认可，“仲裁”业务更是荣获第一级别排名。“仲裁”部分第一级别上榜律所仅有4家。

Recently, Asian Legal Business (ALB), the authoritative legal publication owned by Thomson Reuters, unveiled the 2026 ALB China Dispute Resolution Rankings. This marks the third consecutive year ALB China has released its dispute resolution rankings, highlighting leading law firms operating in this practice area.

The 2026 rankings are split into two tracks: Litigation and Arbitration, each with distinct tier classifications. Tier 1 denotes the most capable dispute resolution practices across China’s legal market. Beyond shifts in firm scale and rankings, this year’s list reflects sweeping industry evolution spanning service models, lawyers’ roles, domestic litigation, cross-border arbitration, and the shift from experience-driven practice to digital intelligence-enabled legal services.

Hui Zhong Law Firm received high recognition in both Litigation and Arbitration categories, attaining Tier 1 status in Arbitration. Only four firms secured a Tier 1 ranking for Arbitration this year.
