You are cordially invited to the special session of the 2026 Beijing CBD Forum – International Arbitration Day, themed International Arbitration and Hong Kong Judicial Practice: 2025 Annual Review.
This session will bring together senior experts from international law firms, Hong Kong barristers’ chambers, corporate legal departments and academia across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore. The discussion will focus on the latest trends and practical developments in judicial review of arbitral awards by Hong Kong courts, and delve into the balance and boundaries between arbitral procedures and court supervision.
