Cao Yulong holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Renmin University of China. With nearly 10 years of practice, he has specialized in insurance, construction engineering, finance, loan guarantee and other fields, and has accumulated extensive experience in issues related to litigation and arbitration, including preservation and enforcement. - Representing the retrial applicants Dali Lanlin Pavilion Real Estate Co., Ltd. and its Kunming branch, in a private lending dispute case between Dali Lanlin Pavilion Real Estate Co., Ltd., its Kunming branch, and Yang Junjie, a successful outcome was achieved with the Supreme People's Court's Fifth Circuit Court accepting the case for review and overturning the previous judgment, resulting in a reduction of losses of 100 million yuan for the parties involved. This case was included in the "Civil Trial Guidance and Reference" Volume 81. [Case No. (2019) SPC Min Re 236].
- Representing the appellant Guiyang Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., in a securities trading and trust contract dispute case between Guiyang Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. and China Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd., Beijing Star Exploration United Investment Management Co., Ltd., Huabao Securities Co., Ltd., and Tianhong Fund Management Co., Ltd., a successful outcome was achieved with the Supreme People's Court overturning the judgment, recovering a total loss of 200 million yuan for the parties involved. This case was listed as a guiding case for state-owned enterprise risk prevention and control. [Case No. (2017) SPC Min Zhong 33].
- Representing the retrial applicant Guangdong Branch of People's Insurance Company of China, in a maritime insurance contract dispute case between Guangdong Branch of People's Insurance Company of China and Chenzhou Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd., and Huarong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., a successful outcome was achieved with the Supreme People's Court accepting the case for retrial and overturning the judgment, recovering a loss of 40 million yuan for the parties involved. This case was listed as a milestone case in the insurance company system and was studied in its national legal affairs system. [Case No. (2016) SPC Min Shen 2724].

Representing the Shenyang Branch of China People's Property Insurance Corporation, as the respondent in the retrial, in a case involving the dispute over maritime cargo transportation cooperation between the Shenyang Branch of China People's Property Insurance Corporation and A.P. Moller-Maersk Co., Ltd., Maersk (China) Shipping Co., Ltd., and the Shenyang Branch of Maersk (China) Shipping Co., Ltd. successfully obtained a ruling dismissing the opposing party's request for retrial and upholding the original judgment. This case was selected for inclusion in the “Compilation of Outstanding Foreign-Related Cases by the All-China Lawyers Association in 2019” [Case No. (2015) SPC Min Shen 225].
