Mr. Huang is a Senior Consultant at Hui Zhong Law Firm with over 30 years of experience in intellectual property and cross-border legal matters. He advises international clients on foreign investment and trade in China and serves on the Panel of Experts of CIETAC’s Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center. He holds LL.M. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Santa Clara University and is licensed in New York, Washington, D.C., and China.
