Mr. Li Hao possesses seven years of experience as a commercial judge and over a decade of experience as a commercial litigation attorney. Mr. Li specializes in handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in numerous cases before courts at all levels, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC). Notably, he has successfully represented clients in dozens of significant and complex second-instance and retrial cases before the Supreme People's Court, achieving favorable outcomes.

Mr. Li has extensive theoretical and practical expertise in corporate law, finance, and enforcement objection litigation. He has authored and published dozens of research articles on practical issues, while continuously conducting research and delivering professional insights in areas such as equity investment and corporate litigation.

• Represented a large commercial bank in a savings deposit contract dispute with an amount close to RMB 500 million. The case involved commercial interests exceeding RMB 10 billion and caused significant social impact, We achieved complete victories in both first and second instance procedure. • Represented a major private enterprise group in a dispute over an equity transfer contract valued at over RMB 3 billion. The case involved the nature of mining rights and set a precedent for similar cases.
