Mr. Liu Jing joined Hui Zhong as a senior consultant in April 2017. Before that, Mr. Liu served for nine years as Deputy Secretary-General of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and was a member of its Appointments Committee from 2017 to 2020. Mr. Liu practiced for several years with Haiwen & Partners and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Hong Kong) respectively. Mr. Liu is on the Panel of Arbitrators of CIETAC, Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and other domestic arbitration institutions. He is also on the List of Arbitrators of the HKIAC.
