Profile

Admitted to practice in 2018, Ms. Wu specializes in cross-border and domestic commercial dispute resolution, with particular expertise in sophisticated corporate governance disputes, including shareholder rights protection and corporate control battles. She has also demonstrated distinguished capabilities in antitrust and trade secret litigation. Ms. Wu has consistently delivered highly satisfactory results for clients in litigation strategy formulation, evidence preparation, trial advocacy, and settlement negotiation. 

Prior to her career, Ms. Wu practiced with the dispute resolution team at FenXun Law Firm, where she advised multinational corporations and leading listed companies, accumulating extensive experience in cross-border and complex civil and commercial litigation

Investment, Equity and Corporate Control Disputes

  • Represented a renowned multinational corporation in a series of highly complex Sino-foreign joint venture disputes covering derivative actions, equity transfer controversies, validity of corporate resolutions, corporate seal and management control battles, and governance conflicts during the Foreign Investment Law transition period. Secured dismissal of all claims by the Chinese shareholder and negotiated a comprehensive settlement of all related disputes. 
  • Represented a foreign enterprise in a dispute over equity transfer of its wholly foreign-owned enterprise. Achieved upward transfer of jurisdiction through precise litigation tactics, secured complete dismissal of all claims at both first and second instance, and successfully lifted improper property preservation measures.
  • Represented a prominent listed company and its affiliates in major corporate governance and creditor protection matters, including shareholder liability to creditors, legal representative changes, board resolution validity disputes, creditor subrogation actions, and complex litigation and non-litigation matters arising from joint ventures involving investment agreements, capital contributions, and shareholder rights restrictions.
