Mr. Zhang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, commercial dispute resolution, and antitrust matters. Prior to joining Hui Zhong in March 2014, he served as a maritime judge at the Dalian Maritime Court; worked as corporate counsel in the Legal Department of China Merchants Group, and provided legal services at Jun He Law Offices in areas including IPOs and listings, follow-on offerings for listed companies, and corporate M&A. His practice spans industries such as equipment manufacturing, infrastructure, energy development, real estate, pharmaceuticals, insurance, value-added telecommunications, chemicals, and education.
