Experienced international disputes lawyer with over 18 years of practice in international arbitration and mediation, with a focus on complex cross-border disputes in the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors. Currently the head of Hui Zhong’s Singapore office. Previously served as Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration (Singapore), managing hundreds of arbitrations across Asia, and as Centre Director of the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), where she led case management and policy development. Formerly a partner at a leading Singapore law firm, with experience advising on litigation and arbitration, including time spent in the firm’s Shanghai office. Appointed as arbitrator and mediator in various matters and listed on the panels of SIAC (Reserve Panel), SHIAC, SMC, and SAGE. Known for a practical, solution-oriented approach and deep institutional insight into ICC and SIAC procedures, including emergency arbitrator and expedited proceedings.
