Wang He is currently the Deputy Secretary-General of the Professional Committee on Enforcement Behaviour of the Chinese Society of Behavioural Law. He has experience in trial and enforcement work at the Supreme Court, High Court and Basic Court. He participated in the drafting of the Draft Law on Civil Enforcement, and drafted a number of judicial interpretations on enforcement, such as equity enforcement, change and addition of enforcement parties, enforcement settlement, enforcement guarantee, property investigation, etc. He has handled hundreds of enforcement cases, such as enforcement implementation, property preservation, enforcement review, enforcement supervision and other types of enforcement cases.

• He has given lectures on civil enforcement legislation for the National Judges College, Beijing High Court, Inner Mongolia High Court, Henan High Court, Guangdong High Court, Guangxi High Court, Hubei High Court, Shanxi High Court, Xinjiang High Court, Tibet High Court, Wuxi High Court, Xiamen High Court, Luoyang High Court and other courts, as well as for the Hengfeng Bank, China Aviation Industry Group, Great Wall Assets, Shouchuang Group, Dongfang Yuhong Group and other institutions, and for Peking University, Tsinghua University, Southwestern University of Political Science and Law and Northwestern University of Political Science and Law, among others. etc. They gave lectures on civil enforcement legislation, the impact of the Civil Code on enforcement procedures, the revision and understanding of enforcement judicial interpretations, difficult enforcement issues, and the assignment of non-performing claims.
