• Represented Tianjin Jiashun Real Estate Co., Ltd. in handling its dispute with Tianjin Ina Technology Development Co., Ltd., Tianjin Haitai Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Jiuzhi Small Loan Co., Ltd., and obtained a favorable result from the appeal court of the Supreme People's Court.
• Represented a Beijing real estate company in handling its dispute with an engineering company over a cooperative agreement and obtained full victory respectively in the Beijing No. 3 Intermediate People's Court and the Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court, helping its client recover a loss of more than RMB 100 million.
• Represented a trust company in handling its trust contract dispute with a large-scale real estate company before the Beijing Arbitration Committee, and participated in the enforcement procedure of notarized debt instrument. Currently the enforcement of this case is being advanced before the Intermediate People's Court of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, with a total amount of subject matter exceeding 1.6 billion yuan.
• Represented Wuhan Iron and Steel Jiangbei Group Cold-bend Steel Co., Ltd. in handling its retrial of a financial loan contract dispute with Wuhan Branch of China Citic Bank Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Iron and Steel Jiangbei Group Cold-bend Steel Co., Ltd. submitted to the Fourth Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court, and obtained a favorable result that the Supreme People's Court rejected the application for retrial of the other party.
• Represented Zhangjiajie Yongding Branch of Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. in filing an application for procuratorial supervision on its dispute with Hunan Yongcheng Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd., Zhangjiajie Changfa Steel Trade Co., Ltd., Zhangjiajie Shengxing Comprehensive Market Operation and Management Co., Ltd., etc. After the protest of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Supreme People's Court obtained a favorable result that the original judgment was overturned by a retrial thereof. The case involved monetary pledge guarantee.
• Represented China Steel Corporation Luoyang Refractory Material Co., Ltd. in handling the retrial of the case involving the dispute over the sales contract with Haicheng Western Affairs Magnesium Materials Factory before the Fourth Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court, and obtained the result that the application for retrial was rejected by the other party.
• Represented China Energy Engineering Corporation in handling a case filed with the Supreme People's Court concerning the dispute on the purchase and sale contract between it and Taiwan Win Trade Co., Ltd. in the Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone, and obtaining a result that the application for retrial submitted by the other party is rejected.
• Represented China Steel Corporation and China Steel Corporation in handling the loan contract disputes with Jilin Carbon Co., Ltd. and others submitted to Beijing Municipal Higher People's Court, assisting the client in successfully preserving 6 parcels of land and more than 70 properties of the other party, and settling the dispute smoothly through mediation. The amount of subject matter of the case was about RMB¥ 1.3 billion.
• Represented the Aluminum Corporation of China in handling the loan contract dispute case submitted to the Beijing Municipal Higher People's Court with Shanxi Jiexiu Xinyugou Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Chenghong Fudeyi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Luxin Energy Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Jiexiu Xinyugou Donggou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Jiexiu Dafo Temple Nanyaotou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The court obtained the result that all claims were upheld, with the subject matter amount of about RMB¥ 840 million.
• Represented China Datang Group New Energy Co., Ltd. in handling its contractual dispute with China Hanye (Beijing) Investment Co., Ltd. The court obtained the result that Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court rejected the appeal of the other party.
• Represented China Tourism Group Investment and Asset Management Co., Ltd. in handling its contractual dispute with Huahui Yatai Asset Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The court obtained the result that Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court rejected all claims of the other party in the first instance, Beijing No. 3 Intermediate People's Court upheld the original judgment, and Beijing Municipal Higher People's Court rejected the application of the other party for retrial.
• Represented Universal Boya Hotel Co., Ltd. in handling its dispute over a house lease contract with the 10th Branch of Beijing Chuangfu Chun Business Service Co., Ltd. The court obtained the result that Beijing Haidian District People's Court rejected the main claims of the other party in the first instance and Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court upheld the original judgment after the second instance.
• Represented an Electric Company in handling its dispute over a supply contract with an Electric Construction Company at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and at the same time applying for property preservation. After assisting in finding property clues and handling related matters, the court preserved more than ten bank accounts of an Electric Construction Company in total with frozen funds of about RMB¥ 400 million. The aforesaid preservation results directly contributed to the settlement between the parties and the other party automatically performed its payment obligation after the arbitration and mediation agreement was produced.
• Represented a Trust Company in handling its dispute over a trust contract with Beijing Investment Management Co., Ltd. at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and got the result that the arbitral tribunal rejected all arbitration claims of the other party.
• Represented an individual in handling his dispute over a share holding agreement with Qian at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and got the result that the arbitration claim of the other party was rejected.
• Represented a State-owned Coal-Fired Electricity Company in handling an arbitration case between it and a private enterprise over equity transfer before the Beijing Arbitration Commission, which involved complicated issues of supplementary payment of the price of mining rights, and assisted the client as the equity buyer to file a counterclaim requiring the equity seller to bear the losses of RMB20 million arising from inadequate payment of the exploration right price. The claim was supported by the court and successfully eliminated the balance interest of RMB30 million on equity transfer requested by the counterparty; in 2022, it again Represented a State-owned Coal-Fired Electricity Company in applying for arbitration for the same dispute arising from the equity transfer, and obtained a partially favorable award this time.
• Represented a Trust Company in handling its dispute over pledge-style bond repurchase transaction on negotiated basis with Shanghai Asset Management Center in Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration, and got the result that all arbitration claims are supported by the arbitral tribunal. Also, it recovered 240 million yuan through enforcement procedure.
